Extra Services
PSD Process
If the PSD is not properly cutted and sorted or not ready for rigging, an additional PSD preprocess Fee would be charged.
If the PSD needs to process on a large scale, the client is required to handle the PSD itself.
Before I start processing PSD, clients must let the artist know and ask for permission.
Priority
An additional fee will be charged If the client wants to put the commission in priority queue.
The additional fee will be 100% of rigging fees.
Ask me to get in touch with normal queue and priority queue states.
Privacy
The model I rigged in the commission could be used as assert for showcases, social media posts.
If you want to keep stuffs in private. Talk to me before commission start. This service can be free up to 3 month.
Revision
During the commission, Bug, issue fixs will not be charged.
During the commission, Minor changes can be raise twice for free. Furthers will be charged.
During the commission, request for Extensive changes will be processed free only if my rigging differs from the requirements. Otherwise, a revision fee will be charged.
After the commission, all kind of revisions will be charged.
Term of services
You accept all terms by commissioning me.
Any terms be broken could results in a Rescheduling or Termination.
The prices in price list are designed for Vtube streaming, video, and related content produciton. If you want to use the model in other industries or form, please let me know before commission start.
At least 10% of total price should be paid as deposit to keep your place in the queue.
If the commission has to be cancelled due to the client's cause, the deposit will not refund.
The payment should be made 50% upfront (contains deposit). And the commission will not start before upfront has been made.
Rigging ready PSD and All requirements must be sent to me before the commission start. Any extension will result in cancellation or an extra 20% will be charged.
Test model will not be sent before full payment is made.
No refund will be made after I finish the rigging.
A part refund can be accepted before my rigging finished. Amount of refund depend on my work stages.
Source file will not be present.
Redistribution, Resale, Reproduction of productions of commission are not allowed without my permission.
If you want to transfer my work to others in any form, you must contact me in advance.

Workflow
Submit commission application
When my commission stay opening, feel free to email or send me dirct message to submit your application.I am more willing to work with artwork that I prefer, this has a direct impact on my efficiency and the quality of the product. So, at least one of PSD and Sketch and artist ID should be included in your application.Also, a list of requirements should be included. If the client are not sure how to write a requirements list for a Live2d commission. It is efficient for both of us to write needs item by item against the price list on my website.I understand that needs may be unclear at this time. But at least the number of outfits, hairstyles, gestures and poses should be specified. This section may significant affect the length of the rigging. If these are uncertain too, give an approximate number and indicate it could be changed in the future.
Time planning and queuing
If I am willing to take this commission, I will contact the client by email within 5 days. I'm sorry I don't have the energy to take all commissions and reply to everyone.At this stage, we will work out when the commission should be completed. I will try to meet all the clients' time expectations as possible. If the deadline required conflicts with others, our commission could be ended.Once time and requirements are confirmed, I will send a 10% minimum price paypal invoice as deposit to keep place in the queue. If the commission needs to be terminated due to the client's reasons. This charge will not be refunded.The client will need to submit a completed PSD at least 15 days prior to the start of the commission.It this PSD are not ready for Live2d rigging. I will give amendments which the client will need to complete before the commission starts.If the PSD is still not ready when the commission starts, the client need to choose to end the commission or pay an extension fee of 10% of the total price.
commission start
At the start of the commission the client will need to pay at least 50% of the total price. This price includes the deposit.I will give feedback on progress in followings:1. Facial expressions
2. Head movements
3. Body movements
4. Full body physics
5. Poses, Animations.The client can request two amendments throughout this stage, additional amendments will be charged.
commission complete
Rigging will last 20-30 days usually, depending on the complexity.On completion, I will send the client a simple showcase vedio and a paypal invoice for the remaining.Once I have received the full price. The run file of Live2d model and any accessories will be sent in the form of net drive or email.
Misc.
I enjoy making animations and would love to see needs for animation
In no case will the Live2d project files be sent to the client or to any third party.
